“CL” code on LG dishwashers stands for child lock which locks the door when in operation and also suspends button operation, so in that time any button pressed does not do any action. So whenever someone presses buttons or do some abnormal action with LG dishwashers then Child Lock mode is on and CL code is mentioned on the dishwasher display.
Basically, this Children Lock system is very important and vital on LG dishwashers as it prevents any untoward incident especially if you have small kids in your home.
